Fryderyk Wienczyslaw Dzięcioł was born to pure-bloods Wienczyslaw Dzięcioł and his wife Janeckska Dzięcioł née Czajowski on 21st December in a large house in Białystok, Poland. At school he was sorted into Boyanova, thanks to his ambitious tendency. Upon graduating, he joined the ranks of the Polish Aurors, ascending quickly through their ranks to head of the Auror Office, then to the head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, and finally being elected Minister for Magic. He has currently held this post for 20 years. He is sixty years old, five years older than his wife, and has a late-born daughter, Maryla Dzięcioł.
Fryderyk has pale skin which is now quite wrinkled from aging. He has blue eyes and grey, once-brown hair. His model is Peter Capaldi.
Fryderyk is people-oriented and charismatic, thus ascended quickly through the Polish ministry ranks to become minister, a post that he has now held for 20 years.
